Highly recommended. The entire experience was top shelf from the estimate to the completion of the work which was done on time if not early they match the paint perfectly and I couldn't be happier

This is the best collision center in the city! My car was broken into for the second time in less than a year in this tiny city. I spoke with three repair shops through my insurance. ***'s Autobody, inc. wanted to charge my insurance an insane amount of money. The second one (CC on Y.) was okay-ish, but the woman at the front desk was so snobbish that I felt like I asked her to grant me one of her kidneys. Here, the service was perfect. The repair was perfect. My car looks brand new! Thank you so much, Frank and Carolyn, plus everyone who worked on my car.

My car was repaired at Phoenix Collision September of 2025. Based off of the great reviews I chose Phoenix even though they were $600.00 higher and required an extra 2 days. I figured it was worth it to have it repaired right. When I picked up the vehicle I instantly noticed several paint chips in the freshly painted doors and rear quarter panel. There were also several imperfections caused by particles getting on the paint before clear coating. In addition to the paint imperfections there were several locations throughout the interior in which trim had been installed incorrectly. The exterior trim around the wheel well was also not installed properly. Tressa, one of the owners, apologized and agreed to fix it. Almost another week of not having a car went by and when I went to pick it up there was multiple runs in the paint that were very obvious. Interior trim was still installed incorrectly and part of the interior roof-liner was sagging. They agreed to fix it again, so I waited another couple days to get my car back. Over the last 6 months I have noticed several issues that I have taken the time to fix myself because I can’t imagine ever taking my vehicle back to Phoenix. Th

Excellent service! Customer service was great: Friendly, willing to answer any questions, and attentive. The work done to repair my vehicle was PERFECT! And was completed much earlier than suggested estimate. I think they even corrected a window motor adjustment when reassembling it. And it was very clean and shiny when I picked it up early. I did go through my insurance for the repair but it was worth it to choose Phoenix. I WOULD recommend!

Details were communicated, automated texts were sent to update me through their process and let me know my car was on track for the pick up date. My interior and exterior was SO clean after. Such a positive experience. Will recommend to all!
